New York Times

03flow6001Today, I'm in the New York Times.  I feel so honored to be included in this particular story.  Day in and day out, I go out of my way (WAY out of my way sometimes) to make a difference for someone, for all of us-by offering quality sustainable & organic cut flowers, personalized design consultations, a unique selection, friendly service, and even a song now & then! Although this isn't a new concept to me; I've always grown my cut flowers and greens organically, and searched for, and buy from people who do the same.  Believe me, as a buyer of organic or sustainably grown cut flowers, my availability of product has multiplied greatly in the last few years.  It's a wonderful feeling.  I love the fact it's finally catching on.

It would have been great if my web address had gotten in there-because we do ship some organic product out! But hey...I really am NOT complaining!

Teresa -- congratulations!! That's so exciting, and very deserved! You're great; a great person and a great artist.

Also, I have to say, I love the new blog header. ;)

Sorry I've been so completely out of touch, I'm just about done wrapping up 2007's wedding editing, (like literally, hoping to be completely done by the end of next week), and am FINALLY coming up for air, so if/when you're ready to do another shoot up at the house, please let me know, as you know I love it up there! =) And I'd love to see how the renovation on the house/property is going. Can't wait to see the changes you've made since I was last up, and I'd love to bring the girls up next time, and maybe Pippin too, so he can play with some other maltese friends (it seems like all his friends are all massive dogs, which can be a little rough on him). =) And I know the girlies would love to see all your (practically a petting zoo!) animals!

Anyhow, just wanted to say hi, as it's been awhile, so I came to the blog, and saw this awesome NY Times article, and of course, had to say, good for you!!!! =) My only complaint is that they didn't put a link to YOUR site, along with the rest they listed, but otherwise, good for you, that's so cool and exciting.
